What is the delivery time of my order?
Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to ensure the best price-quality ratio. This saves on costs and CO2 emissions. Orders are processed within 24 hours. The average delivery time is 5–18 business days. For personalized items, this may increase to 15–20 business days. Curious when your package will arrive? The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time — in fact, in 95% of cases. However, occasional delays in the delivery process may occur. To check the status of your order, you can use this link. If you still haven’t received your order within 5 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us via the contact form.
Some products are missing from my order, how is that possible?
Our apologies for the inconvenience! Since we work with different suppliers, some products may be shipped separately. In that case, you will usually receive the missing items within 2–3 days.
What are the shipping costs?
We cover the shipping costs for your order. So shipping is FREE. In addition, you have the option to choose insured shipping. With this option, your order is fully insured and you are entitled to a replacement in case of loss or damage.

Exchanges & Returns
I’m not satisfied with my order, is it possible to return it?
Yes, you can return any order within 14 days. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To start the process, please contact us via our contact page.
I want to return an item, what should I do?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure the products are in their original condition and include all labels and tags. The product must show no signs of use.
Make sure you have a Track & Trace code for the return shipment, as you are always responsible for the return. Once we have received the items you returned, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 90 days.

From the moment your package is handed over to the postal service, the Track & Trace information becomes available. Please note that it may take some time before the information is visible.
