Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.
Shipping Area
Delivery Area:At the moment, we ship within Europe.
Future Expansion:We are testing our expansion to areas in the US.
Order Processing Time
Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1–2 days.
Order Cut-Off Time:Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) are processed the same day; orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
No Shipping Days:Orders are not processed on weekends or official holidays.
Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Shipping Process
Courier Services:We work with reliable carriers such as DHL and FedEx, but in some cases we may also use other carriers for our shipments.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.
Lost or Damaged Item
Damaged Orders:If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to initiate a solution.
Lost Orders:If your order has been lost, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Return
Return Period
We have a return period of 14 days, which means you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging. Even if the product has been taken out of the packaging, it may still be returned, provided it has not been used and the packaging is still intact.
- Hygiene products and gift cards are excluded from returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or not as described.
Return costs:
- Small package (max. 34 x 28 x 12 cm – 3kg): €6.95
- Medium package (max. 100 x 50 x 50 cm – 10kg): €8.95
Return Address
Return products can be shipped after being registered through the contact form.
Processing of the Return
- Once we have received the returned package, we will check the contents within 5 to 10 business days.
- If the return is approved, the purchase amount will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
- The refund will be issued within 7 to 14 business days after the return has been approved and processed.
